Circle Chart Music Awards (dahulunya dikenali sebagai Anugerah Muzik Carta Gaon) telah mengumumkan barisan pemenangnya tahun ini!
Pada 10 Januari, Circle Chart Music Awards 2023 telah berlangsung di BEXCO Busan dan telah dihoskan oleh Leeteuk (Super Junior), Sieun (STAYC), and Seok Matthew (Zerobaseone). Seperti tahun-tahun sebelumnya, anugerah ditentukan berdasarkan persembahan komersil lagu dan album berdasarkan Circle charts dari 1 Disember 2022 hingga 30 November 2023.
Kali ini menyaksikan NCT DREAM dinobatkan penerima Daesang (Hadiah Utama) untuk Album Digital Terbaik, selain turut memenangi anugerah untuk Artist of the Year (Album) dan World K-Pop Star.
Tahun ini, anugerah Artist of the Year dan Rookie of the Year telah disusun semula. Anugerah Artist of the Year diberikan dalam empat kategori—Album, Digital, Unique Listeners (Streaming), dan Global Streaming—kepada lima artis setiap satu. Sementara itu, anugerah Rookie of the Year diberikan dalam tiga kategori berbeza.
