Pada 30 November bertempat di Gocheok Sky Dome, anugerah Melon Music 2019 telah diadakan. Anugerah ini menghargai pencapaian cemerlang penyanyi dalam industri muzik Korea (Melon Music Awards 2019 – MMA 2019) sepanjang tahun.
Nampaknya kali ini, BTS menyapu bersih kesemua anugerah utama (Daesang) yang dipertandingkan. Antaranya Artist of the Year, Record of the Year, Album of the Year dengan “Map of the Soul: Persona,” dan Song of the Year dengan lagu “Boy With Luv.” Ia merupakan pencapaian terbaik artis kpop di mana-mana anugerah tempatan Korea sepanjang zaman.
Sebelum majlis anugerah utama dijalankan, Melon telah mengumumkan pemenang Top 10 bagi artis tahun 2019 yang dimenangi oleh BTS, EXO, BOL4, Taeyeon, Chungha, MAMAMOO, Jang Beom June, JANNABI, Heize, dan M.C the Max.
